Softie Sub Box scents are exclusive only to our subscribers! We might decide to keep one of your favorite scents permanently at a later date. So give us your feedback if you fall in love and want us to bring them back later! We listen to our customers!

How it works:

1. Add this Softie Sub Box to your cart and check out to initiate your first Softie Box. If it's between the 1st - 24th of the month, you'll receive the current month's scent immediately. (If it's the 25th or later when you sign up, you'll receive the next month's scent.)
2. Each month after your initial Softie Sub Box order, your monthly box will be charged on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month. 
3. You'll receive your Softie Sub Box at the beginning of each month.
4. You have full control of your subscription. You can pause or cancel anytime.

You may be wondering...

• If I buy my initial Softie Sub Box on the 20th (for instance), will I be charged on the 25th again? If you initiate your subscription on the 20th of February (for instance), you'll receive the February Softie right away. On the 25th, we'll charge your card for March's Softie Sub Box and it will be mailed out at the end of February so you receive it the beginning of March and can burn it all throughout March. All subsequent charges will always remain on the 25th of each month after the initial purchase.
• When will I be charged for my sub box? We charge on the 25th of each month. Then we ship the boxes so you receive them at the beginning of the next month. Your first month may be a little different. When you sign up, you'll be charged for the first month immediately, and you'll receive the current month's box right away. 
• Can I cancel?  You can cancel at anytime. Simply log into your customer account and cancel your Softie Sub Box. You can always reactivate it when you're ready.
• I don't want to cancel but I need to skip a month. Can I do that? Sure. Log into your customer account and you can choose to pause your subscription. You have complete control of your Softie Sub Box and how often you want to receive them. All the controls are in your customer portal.
• When do I have to cancel by?  When you log into your customer account and cancel your Softie Sub Box, your subscription is cancelled immediately and you will no longer receive a monthly limited edition Softie.
• Can I swap out scents with another one on the site? Sorry, no swaps. We do, however, include a coupon code in our sub boxes for a discount on the website. Retail orders for other scents can be placed at awarmwelcomehome.com. Feel free to use your coupon!
• Can you get a scent that I like but you don't currently carry? We do take suggestions! So if there is a scent you'd like to see, we'll definitely consider it. Email suggestions and feedback to support@awarmwelcomehome.com
• Can I give a Subscription Box as a gift? It makes an amazing gift! Simply check out and put the name and shipping info of the receiver in the shipping fields at checkout.
• Do I have to use your wax warmer or one I already have? You can use our Softies with ANY wax warmer. If you need one, we do offer them. You can use your coupon code included in your sub box for anything on our site (except gift cards)! 
• If I purchase my initial Softie Sub Box subscription along with other products in my order, how will shipping be figured? Softie Sub Boxes always have a flat rate shipping of $1.99. If your initial order has other products in it as well as the Sub Box, regular shipping rates by size/weight will be automatically figured for the order as usual. The Softie Sub Box flat rate $1.99 shipping will not be added to the regular shipping.
• You offer free shipping on your site with a $47 order. Will I still get that if my initial order for my Softie Sub Box has other products that bring my total to $47 or more? Yes, your initial order for the Sub Box that includes other one-time products will have shipping figured as a regular order (based on weight and size), so you will still receive free shipping as normal if the order subtotal (before tax) reaches $47. All Softie Sub Boxes after the initial order will have $1.99 flat rate shipping.
